Welcome! Each season I've done a little photo tour of our house. Because I decorate in mostly neutrals, it really gives me the chance to transform our house with the addition of seasonal colors through flowers, pillows, etc.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful... so clean & fresh! We're just beginning to feel a touch of spring here and I'm anxious to get outside and clean up the remains of winter.
ReplyDeleteIs that a Cockapoo I see on the couch? I do believe his/her twin lives at our house!

You have totally nailed the "less is more" concept- such simple clean lines but comfortable and polished. Thanks for the great inspiration!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely and bright open home you have!

Lovely as always! So fresh & clean. I love your use if naturals & think you do a great job adding layers of textures.
ReplyDeleteVery fresh, clean and spring like. I also love neutrals and most of my own home is in neutral colours with pops of pattern or colour by way of cushions/pillows.
ReplyDeleteI must say, I absolutely adore the porch at the side of your house.

Love the painting! I recently stumbled upon a vintage oil paint that had those same colors but stormier, which I like. My favorite part of this tour - because let's face it, it goes without saying, your home is gorgeous- is the fact you didn't edit our your daughter's toys. Or the dog. In fact, that's my favorite thing about you as a blogger. You are like Martha Stewart - that touch of class, breed... but in a down to earth way. You share that you have a budget for rugs - which is great for us readers who do too! That you had to live with your home for a while before you had the budget to renovate. It's what makes feel like you mean what you say... if you say its an easy day pillow - I know it will be. Thank you for your authenticity!
ReplyDeletelovely, i love your pillows, they look just like pottery barn! i'm looking forward to your tutorial! susan
