for beer-battered onion rings
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup 1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce from can
1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Stir together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
I've needed a good recipe for this! I love it for fries, blt's and steak and goat cheese tacos. Can't wait to try it-I know it will be better than the store bought I have been using! Thanks!
